Today, uPhongolo Local Municipality hosted Mayoral IDP/Budget Roadshow @ Belgrade Sportsfield during which the Mayor, Her Worship Cllr VM Sikhosana tabled and discussed the plans for the next financial year (2022/23) with Ward 3, 5,6 & 12 citizens
